  • Our tent capacity for weddings is 150 guests.

  • Yes, the facility, tent and washrooms are wheelchair accessible with wheelchair packing close to the tent.

  • The initial payment to secure your date is made on the day of the contract signing. The remaining balance is split into equal payments payments; 12 months, 6 months, and the final payment due at rehearsal. We require a valid credit card on file prior to your wedding and reserve the right to authorize the card for the remaining balance as early as 24 hours before your event.

  • Yes, included in your rental is the use of our basic sound system which includes a speaker, a microphone, and a stand.

  • Choose an all-inclusive wedding package with food and beverage coverage provided by All Seasons.

    Otherwise, book any licenced catering company for your event. Caterers must be prepared to provide all food precooked as there is no kitchen on site. Storage is limited, and we are unable to store any food in advance.

  • All people are welcome here as couples getting married and as guests!

  • The open-air ceremony sites - Poplar Forest & Kinloch Prairies - are included in your facility rental.  This includes the set-up and removal of benches and the PA system.

    A beach ceremony off Warner Rd. is extra that includes the set-up and removal of a ceremony platform and benches. Inquire for pricing

  • The facility is accessible at 10 am the day of your event, and all décor must be removed from the premises by 1 am that evening.  Any arrangements outside of these hours may be subject to additional fees.

  • We do not allow the above to be thrown outside or used inside the tent. Only organic materials like leaves and petals may be used in the ceremony.

  • We, unfortunately, do not have the storage capacity to hold your flowers in advance.

  • Pillar candles must be contained in a hurricane vase. No open flames, or tapered candles, and during inclement weather, we will not allow candles to be lit. Flameless candles are strongly encouraged.

  • We do not allow fireworks displays on site. We must also authorize the use of sparklers (regular and cold) prior to your event.

  • We have 8ft long X-base banquet-style tables that are hand-built. They fit 8 people comfortably.

  • Yes! We call this room the Wedding Chalet which is equipped with a sofa, mini-fridge and microwave, a make-up station, a private washroom, and a dressing room. The room may be locked throughout the evening.

  • At the end of the entrance road, we have a 100-stall gravel parking lot. We have close parking for wheelchair accessibility. There is plenty of room for transit and catering vans to access the site.

  • The ceremony may be conducted inside our clear tent, which has billowy ceiling drapery and plenty of space for all your guests. The tent is secured to an elevated concrete pad so no water will be inside.

  • We do our best to keep them at bay by fogging prior to each event, and using other preventative methods.

  • We have a fireplace onsite that we will keep stocked and stoked for you and your guests all night long, as long as there is no fire ban. 

  • If you and your guests want to enjoy the weekend in the Interlake, we suggest booking the weekend from some of the many rental cabins in and around Matlock. Otherwise, Kinloch Grove is located 20 minutes from both Selkirk and Gimli where there are plenty of options to choose from.
