50 EARLY BIRD ADMISSION
The first 20 groups will receive a watercolour portrait from the talented UpState Design Studio, with up to 2 people per portrait/group.
** One painting per couple/group.
The second 30 attendees will receive an edible sweet impressions wedding favour!
GENERAL ADMISSION
General Admission ticket holders will still receive a mocha mousse themed wedding favour so be sure to claim yours.

Where are you located?
Kinloch Grove is located at 657 Chalet Beach Rd., in the RM of St Andrews boarding the Village of Matlock, Manitoba.
The only one-way ENTRANCE is at 657 Chalet Beach Rd., off Hwy 9.
Please do not enter the private residence of the owners on Gimli Rd.
Where do guests park?
Our 100-stall parking lot is located through the entrance gate.
Is the Facility Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, the first few parking stalls are designated for wheelchair accessibility. Our tent, grounds and washroom are wheelchair accessible as well. We also have a family & gender-neutral washroom on site.
What is your wedding season?
We are open for weddings Friday through Sunday from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Is the site pet-friendly?
For this open house event, we ask that you keep your pets at home as the event will become quite busy, and catering staff will be walking around with food.
However, we allow your furry family members to attend weddings during the ceremony portion of the day.
